In one way it is a barrier, sealing off one direction of exit. In other ways, it is a magnificent natural resource, which most of us take it for granted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Today\u2019s photo was taken from the blue bridge, looking due west. Before us is the lock which vessels can take to enter the South Dock.
