IN OCTOBER we usually celebrate Black History. This month we are looking at how Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Councillors are making new history.

Well done students!” Cllr Mufeedah Bustin, Labour Councillor for Island Gardens, Tower Hamlets, highlights, in a rare Tweet of her own, how slowly progress is made on the Council.
